Can I ask you something?

May 29, 2026

I'm considering some significant changes to Affair Healing, and your opinion would be extremely helpful. Read on for more information.

I didn't send out last week's message because I was in the middle of selling my house and moving. Every time I've done this, I say "never again...," but we all know how that goes.

Narrowing My Focus

After 15 years, I'm making deliberate choices about what this work will look like going forward.

Since the launch of Affair Healing in 2009, the resources and services it offers have grown and evolved. Now, instead of thinking about expanding, I'm focused on narrowing—putting my energy where it matters most.

That's where you come in.

I've put together a 1-minute survey to help me understand what you value. I hope you'll take a minute to complete it.

Specifically, I'm deciding how much time to continue putting into each of these resources and services: podcasts, posts & articles, online courses, private coaching, and this newsletter. This past year has been something of a test, as I relaunched both the podcast and newsletter. The results have been revealing, and I'll share more in a follow-up message. But I want your input first.

Your feedback genuinely helps shape what comes next.

Episode #59: The Broken Marriage, Her Exit Affair
I talk with Joni Woods about surviving an abusive marriage and the exit affair she had on her way out. This episode offers a perspective on the complicated intersection of survival, betrayal, and personal responsibility.

5-Minute Bonus Audio: Part of the conversation that didn't make it into the podcast episode is available in the post titled "Pressured to Stay in a Broken Marriage."

Episode #58: Men's Groups
Men’s coach Jason Lange joins me to explore how emotional suppression, cultural masculinity, and a lack of connection skills drive relationship breakdown—and how men's groups offer a path to awareness, accountability, and genuine intimacy.

But I'm only sharing my reaction to those results with you.A year ago, when I started producing new podcasts and...

May 13, 2026 You may have noticed things have been quieter than usual around AffairHealing.com. That's because I've been in the middle of selling my house and moving. The dust is nearly settled, and in a couple of weeks, I'll be back in full swing. I'll be asking for your input in deciding what comes next. May 6, 2026 It's a ridiculously busy week for me. You, too?But I want to send this quick note to let you know that two new podcast episodes have been released in the past week: the second Conversation with My Ex episode (where Konnie and I talk about her finding out about my affair and the aftermath of that disclosure) and The Children's Experience, in which two of our children (our oldest son and youngest daughter) talk about what they recall about those first years of the broken family.The...
